My Big Fat Greek Wedding
This was a truly adorable movie and it became phenomenally popular in 2002 when it was released. This movie is all about a dutiful and lovable Greek daughter Toula played by Nia Vardalos, who lives with her parents and work in their restaurant. When a non-Greek customer called Ian Miller played by John Corbett, meets her, she develops a crush for her. Toula went through a fabulous makeover that included working on her inner qualities, computer lessons, getting a wardrobe upgrade, and getting rid of her ugly glasses for contact lenses. It was then he takes notice of her while she is working in a travel agency. The two eventually fall in love culminating in a big, fat, conventional Greek wedding.
